    Seal Skin Rest

Is Barge glue the only glue that should be used to install a seal skin rest or any other rest for that matter or can I use the bohning fletch tite platinum glue??? Advice needed.

    Thanks,

    KT

I would use the barge cement. It will be much easier to clean off in the future. I wouldn't use super glue/fletch tite or anything similar. It would probably ruin the finish on your bow when it is time to replace the rest material.

I use fletching glue. It lasts forever but if you ever do have to replace it your just going to put new stuff back over the old glue anyway.
