Either bohning sketching tape or platinum plus. I like the tape because it's fast and easy. I like platinum plus because it dries clear.

Jo Jan R/W multifletcher and Duco. I used the tape for several years with
no issues and liked it, but about a year ago I started having feathers
coming loose, so I went back to Duco. Duco doesn't work on aluminum, however.

Fletch tite platinum when I have time or gorilla glue (blue top) when I'm in a hurry.

I have been using the Fletch-Tite Platinum for a while now, I like it best for feathers. I like the Goat Tuff for vanes it seems to weld them on. When I stripped the Blazers of of the GT arrows this morning I was cussing the Goat Tuff, lol.

The only wood arrows that I have made were for my son and I used Platinum and have had no issues. Should I start using the Duco for wood arrows? Thanks...

I've never had much luck using fletch tite with wood arrows. But I have never tried the new fletch tite platinum. They did not make the platinum back when I meesed up using the fletch tite on woodies.

Duco is the way to go though.

Duco for wood and bamboo with some synthetic sinew wrapped front and rear (with Duco smeared over it, too). For aluminum and any shaft with wraps (wood or aluminum), I use fletching tape - quick and easy. However, I've found that the fletching tape, if old, doesn't stick as well, and I also found that if you leave your arrows in a non-airconditioned room in these brutal Texas summers, the prolonged, intense heat will cause the tape to lose its adhesiveness.

i used to use superglue but with the very cold weather in Winter here i Austria. the glue go brittle and i lost too many feathers. so i switched to fletching tape with a drop of superglue on the front and rear of the feathers... works pretty well..
