When to change shelf pad??

i have been shooting my new bow 5 days and already have a bare spot on my shelf.. Is this normal?? and when am i supposed to change it??

You probably need to do some tuning if showing wear this soon. Might try playing with your nock point or turning your cockfeather the other way.

I change them when they start looking beat up. TxAg is right, you should not be showing wear so soon. Back to the tuning board.

LIke stated above bump the nock point up until it stops then put on a new piece of velcro. It 1.87 per pack at walmart

Raise you nock just a bit JT. You should not have wear like that so soon, altho I know you are probably shootin the dickens out of that bow.
