You think that is unique, look at their Wave recurve:

Shop world-class, high-performance traditional bows, designed and built by record-setting archer, bowyer and founder of Black Swan Archery, Arvid Danielson.

The WAVE is 'unique' and smooth drawing... but it's not built for SPEED, like this lil' demon.

This may be a dumb ques. Does that short sight window jack with your view very much???

Not 'dumb' at all... but nossir, I have not noticed it interfering at all - shot out to just a bit over 30yds so far.

I would have swore he told me he was chokeing over the price! At first look, I thought maybe that was the new composite bow that Alaskan Bowhunting Co. had up for test driving.

Lol! I've checked the prices (many times) on both, the eland and the sable. At the moment, 'champagne taste on a mud puddle budget'... but I'm still determined to give it a go before I go.

CM - good to see you on here again. Missed your witty rhetoric. Hope to see you at some point again soon maybe at one of our organized hunts!

I love Arvids' bows... sweet shooters and fast as old get out!

                              Evenin' Friend,

Good to hear from you. And yessir, I'd look forward to that. If I can find work there (TEXAS) I'd move in a heartbeat, and never look back. :O)
