    My First P&Y Whitetail

    Hey Everyone,

This is my first experience posting on TBH (I'm a Newbie) and I hope I did it right. Well, this is a couple of pics of my first P&Y whitetail. I shot him on 10/23 at 6:30pm in McMullen County on my lease. He walked in with 3 other bucks and hem-hawed around for about 20 minutes before he finally walked out into my shooting lane. I shot him from a 20' high Gametamer tree stand at about 12 yards. He ran off but I knew he was hit good. I got down out of the stand, walked over to where I shot him, looked in the direction he ran, and could see him lying on the ground - HOO-RAY! Oh yea, I shot him with my Bob Sarrels Superstition Longbow and Eaeton 2113 aluminum arrow and a Magnus 2-blade 125 gr broadhead.Click image for larger version

I like both the height and mass on that rack.

I think Eric has told more people about this deer than Jerry has. Great deer partner. You're gonna have to get the wife to let you start puting those mounts in other rooms. The front room is getting full, but a nice problem to have.
