I have been shoot bows for around 22 years now and I shoot right handed and I am left eye dominant. I have been bow fishing almost as long and shot a compound traditional, and for the past 5-6 years have been shooting longbows and recurves. I went totally trad last year, BUT a couple months ago someone on here had asked this same question and now it has got me to thinking to dang hard about shooting. I shoot with both eyes open and I have alway done that, when I get to thinking about it to much I start pulling my arrows to the left. If I close my left eye I am dead on, or not thinking about it I am in the kill zone. I tried shooting my RH longbow left handed to see if I could do it, and I did but the arrow flew funny and I missed. Any helpful pointers to get me over this or should I just pull something over my left eye when shooting, maybe try a left handed bow
. It really is no big deal I still shoot well and I do not know why I am thinking about it now after all these years.
