Learn the right way

Is thier anyone in the abilene area that is willing to help me out with shooting my recurve? I have plenty of questions about it and could stand some hands on training.

Is there a right way??? I think you will get more info than you desire and it will all differ in some respect. Read the sticky notes at the top of the forum for some great info. There are also some really good video's out there to learn from as well. I hesitate to take lessons from anyone you isn't a top flight shooter. Chris Brown, the author of the sticky's is just that. I will be at Abilene this Sat and Sun there is another shoot over at Lake Tramell at Sweetwater at the same time Devils Mountain shoot the second weekend of each month at San Angelo. Many differant styles and most all will be glad to shoot with you.

Thanks for the info. I will be in Llano this weekend for the crawfish fest and some live stoney leroux! Will join ABA when I get back and get serious about it.
