    yet another arrow advice request.

I've got a new string on my compound, but while it was in Viking for sometime I gave my Kodiak Magnum a good try....I guess this is the trad bow virus because I love it. I probably have all sorts of issues I need to work on but I actually have been able to put the arrow where I'm aiming at about 20 yds.
The bow is BKM 52"-40#. I have some Easton Aluminum 2018 @ 29" with feathers and 100 grain field tips.I see lots of traditional arrows on ebay and I'd like to get a dozen, but I dont now how to pick'em-thanks in advance.

I shoot a 40# Ben Pearson recurve and it shoots very well with Gold Tip Entrada 600's. They are cut 29.5" to back of point and I shoot 125 grain points on them. Oh, and the good thing about them is that they are cheap, about $52/doz from Bowhunter Super Store.

Keep shooting the 2018's but more weight up front may make them shoot a little sweeter.

if your looking at Woodies I would say that 40/45's should be close

Woodies you are going to want at least 50/55 spine for 125grain heads. What ever you do don't buy cheap arrows off of ebay. The guys selling them there are not using premium quality shafts and you will get fustrated shooting them.

Not to familiar with any of the trad stuff but I think i have seen some people sellin some woodies here on the GS.

I'd trust these people here with anything, not so much the sellers from eBay..

Rubydog, Jeffro Murray, and BountyHunter are all arrowmakers here on TBH. I think Rubydog is still out of commission after an accident, but he can still steer you in the right direction.
