Y'all see; P-nut's been in trad a LOT longer than me.

Yikes! I miss-read his post. I thought it said 1968. Maybe his was not that much longer than me.

      Bisch

P.S. - Gene, I see you still had the same beaming smile back then too (HAHA).

          close enough.

Bisch, I did kill my first deer in 68 but unless you want to call a .222 trad then it don't count.

I don't have any pictures of any of my early deer but I did find this picture of a large rattler a friend and I killedat Lake Travis. I would be the goofy looking kid eith the glasses. This was about 1965. You might notice my choice of foot wear for hunting rattlers was bare foot.

Dang Bob you look like Ralphie from "A Christmas Story", youll shoot your eye out.

I will have to see if I can find the rock the tribal artist scratched my picture on. It might be in a museum with Capt. Jacks first bow..

                      Don't have any.

Wish I did, but it never dawned on me to take a camera with me until relatively recent times.

I have some pictures of some earlier hunting success, but nowhere near my firsts, and I wouldn't have them had not someone else had a camera.
