went to lease today to hang my stands for my 12 yr old son and i and pulled my card from my camera. been out a week. had 4 different bucks, 3 8's and 1 spike. Think im gonna let my son try to make this his first bow kill. from talking to the other guys on the lease this is a shooter here.

the lower part of the state has some good deer, im just not in the lower part of the state.. the lease i got on is 900 acres and its in town surrounded by homes, 2 miles from walmart and borders the interstate...i saw some sign that shows a big boy is around, so i put my camera up there and will back out of that area for a week and see what it gets. the biggest ever taken on the lease is a 119Comment

I started my son who is 11 now sitting in the bow stand at age 7 with me.He loved it!By the time he was 9 he was drawing 32lbs and was shooting very accurate.He then shot a hog at about 12yds.He is now addicted to the bow.He shoots a recurve and compound.He shoots his recurve at 3d shoots with me and does very well.He shot 2 deer last season in one sitting.
