    Who makes a quality sring

I've been shooting the Mountain Muffler string, made by Robert Williams, on my Acadianwoods Tree Stick. But, I contacted him and he's not making them anymore. I want a comparable string for a Quinn Stallion in D97.

I can make you a string. $5. I've made hundreds. I used to own a bow shop in Humble, TX. Plenty of guys on this site shoot my strings. David Quinn is a good friend of mine, too.

If anyone bought a trad bow from me, it had one of my strings on it, no question. I replaced ALL the strings on ALL the trad bows we sold with my strings because I think I make better strings than what came with them, no matter how expensive the bow was.

If you're interested, give me a call 281-728-6680. I have several colors, too.

    Thanks,
    Edward

Learn to make your own. They really aren't that hard, and all the info can be found on the stickbow site.

firecapt- making you own is easy- build a string board in about 10 minutes. If you mess up and twist it wrong it just unravels when you string it up. I just started and mine are not good but they still stretch on a bow and shoot arrows.

Learn to make your own. In the meantime look up Ol Man on TBH. He posts a lot on the trad page and has a business making great strings.

I have a good friend in Georgia named Greg Moon that makes about the best string I've pulled to my lip. Ol Man's the only one I've found that's matched him. Great strings from both of them.
