It is. They made about 24,000 the first year and mine is just a few digits over 10,000

depending on its overall condition I'd venture to say it's probably in the $5500-6000 range. Those 44-40 seemed to fetch more value. I show they only made 168k in all calibers.

It’s for sale if anyone wants it. Figure without having a for sure value on it I will ask $2,500.
