What would you pay for it? - Remington 870 20 ga Wingmaster

Local pawn shop has one that has pretty significant surface rust all along the barrel and receiver. The action is a little sticky but that could be due to it not being clean and there's some wear on the forend tube. They are asking $395 for it. What would you pay?

Maybe half that. And that would require me to be really motivated to work on it.

I would be afraid to offer them $200. They might take it. $250 if it was 12 ga.

Brand New at Bud's is $450. That sounds better for a gun such as this.

Right there, they didn’t even give half of what they’re asking at pawn if it’s in that shape. Probably loaned in the $100 range.

Does it have a 3" chamber? If so sounds like it would work for project I have. If you pass on it, please let me know so I can look into it.

The fish are biting and there's hogs to be kill-t. Gotta go!

$150 max. It will cost at least $200 to get re-blued.

I'm not sure what chamber it is, totally slipped my mind to look as I was checking out the surface rust but I am passing on it. It's at Lakes Area Pawn in Jasper.

If I was looking for a project $150 max and that is if it had no significant pitting AND had the Remchoke barrel

Clean it up and ceracote it

I almost talked myself into making an offer but didn't. I've been looking for a good deal on a WM 870 20 ga for a while.

                      They also have a Winchester Pre-64 model 94 30-30.........priced at $2,250.
