Honestly if you want to just run what you have I assume you have a 12 gauge? If you can get some #4 buckshot or lead BB loads that'd be your best bet. Just set up where your shots will be fairly close. Which shouldn't be too hard for foxes. They'll come in close a lot of times. Bobcats like the thicker stuff so you'd probably be better off using a shotgun there too anyways. I'd say 85% of the bobcats I've shot I could have killed with a shotgun, I just happened to have a rifle instead.

It is not so much the caliber in what I would consider the varmint calibers, it is the bullet, and velocity that matters.
I shoot a 17 Rem, 222 Rem and 220 Swift as my main varmint calibers.
I have loads for each of them that are very fur friendly. I also have loads that will blow them up.
For the OP's 22-250, I would recommend two bullets. My go to would be the Sierra 55 gr HPBT (#1390) and second would be the Barnes 36 gr Varmint Grenade.
I have very good results with these two bullets being fur friendly.

got to be the .22-250 ... now if I had a .222, many folks swear by it instead.
        Wish I had one.

I load this bullet for my .243 and love it. If I did not already have a number of different varmint calibers, this would definitely get more play time on the coyotes.
I load this bullet specifically for deer and antelope.

Choice Ammunition sells a 40 grain .223 round known as their hide saver. Very good round IMO.

I use the round out of my .243 on deer, hogs and exotics with great results. The round goes through anything and leaves small holes, being a solid copper bullet. Packs a punch and doesn’t damage a pelt; seems ideal to me for a varmint round.

I load 55gr. Nosler ballistic tips in my 22-250 and I rarely have an exit wound on coyotes and bobcats

I can't believe no one uses a 22 lr or 22 mag. Both are lethal and do minimal hide damage.
