Weatherby Mark V 6.5 RPM

I’ve got the weathermark in RPM and my brother has the backcountry. The 127 is a tack driver, the 140 accubonds are pretty accurate too. I hunt with the accubonds and love them. My brother shoots the 130 sciroccos and loves those. Recoil is pretty stiff but not terrible IMO. I love the round. I don’t think you will be disappointed at all.

My favorite load that I have used in my 6.5-300 are the 140 grain Aframes but I don’t know if it is offered in this one.

Sounds like a great rifle. You’ll have fun shooting that “underperformer.”

I wonder how many deer and hogs in Texas died from a CM this year. I bet note as many as next year.
