    You mean .223/5.56?? I'm no a fan of the wilde chamber. its just a compromise. Just go with 5.56 and you can still shoot anything. As far as a fast twist barrel I'm sure someone else will chime in.

      Accuracy as what I’m looking for my plan is to shoot the 60 to 70 grain bullets and I will be hand loading for this gun

        Like I said the wilde chamber is a compromise between .223 and 5.56. For sure someone is going to post how accurate theire wilde is but with handloads and some bench work the 5.56 with be the most accutate.

          I have a Rock River heavy barrel 223 wylde with a 1:8 twist it shoots 77gr pills very well 1 ragged hole

                  Criterion 1:8 twist. Your limitation with the heavier bullets is going to be mag length, but your fine at 60-77 grain.

                    Rainier Ultra Match used to be spun on Rock Creek blanks. We’ve built quite a few of them, and every one shot very well.

                      I would look at a Faxon or Satern barrel, both offer high quality, very accurate barrels. If I am looking for a good barrel, those are my two top choices.
