Hah my first thought was I can't believe they're letting folks handle all willy-nilly like. Then the employee has gloves on when he handles one.

They were letting him film a video, to get them more customers, since they have not been around very long. If Joe Blow walked in off of the street and wanted to see the guns then grabbed a few $100,000 guns like that, I am sure they would tell him, to point to a gun and they will had it to him. That or look, but don't touch, not until we know how big your bank account is.

There are some nice guns in there, but I would much rather look at multiple of the rifles they have and not the shotguns.

A good buddy of mine was recruited by Gordy and Sons to be their in house smith for high end double guns. He was (and I’m presuming still is) the only certified armorer in North America for Purdey. He works on a handful of fine doubles though.

I recommend anyone passing through who hasn't been to stop at Gordy and Sons. Hit the bank first, but their fly fishing and higher end hunting apparel is unmatched.

I used to work for the company that maintained the fish pond at this place. I never got to go in the safe, but it's definitely a cool place to check out. VERY high end products.
