Sendero Questions

I bought this rifle awhile back and it’s sat in the safe since. I know it’s a sendero because it’s stamped on the barrel but I’ve never seen one with a stock like this one. I was wondering if any of you more knowledgeable guys on here could tell me if it’s a factory stock. I know the muzzle break isn’t factory. Any help would be appreciated.

A sendero special no flute black bbl is a first gen & should have a black w/ white webbing stock...I think someone just wanted a different color & probably replaced when they added the break.

Lol I haven’t even fired it so you may be correct. I’m always open to trade offers.

Looks like the same stock as I have on my first generation Rem 700 VSSF 220 Swift other than the color.

HS stock , I’m guessing the original was sent back to HS and repainted. I done that several times for a new factory paint finish.

Yes that is the stock my .300RUM sendero has on it. They’re the same stock, the one on the 7MM is just a different color.

That’s beautiful, I miss my early 7mm Rem. Mag Sendero. Mine just said Sendero on it. I would guess the Special explains the non normal stock. That would be nice to have.
