    35mm Scope Rings

Quick question. For those running glass with a 56mm objective, on a bolt gun with pic rail, which 35mm rings did you use and why? Leaning towards Hawkins, Seekins or ARC M-Brace. I’m also not sure what ring height will clear the barrel, I’m thinking medium but not 100% positive. Suppose there are some measurements I need to take to figure it out

Hawkins and ARC. Because both are absolutely top notch and built like a tank yet still fairly light for what they are.

Short action precision is where I’d buy the ARC rings.

Seekins, Hawkins, and ARC all make great rings. Mediums should clear fine.

They’re great to deal with. I’ve bought quite a bit of stuff from them. Always really quick shipping.

I’ll try to remember to take a pic tomorrow. I think one of mine is wearing Hawkins too.

                        I’m using ARC low rings on my R700 5R with a 20MOA rail and MK5 5-25x56 scope.

Hope these help. Both are 5-25x56 Mk5s. One in ARC rings. One in Hawkins. Both guns have proof sendero lite barrels. With the Hawkins I had to install a leupold alumina objective lense cover as the one they come with wouldn’t fit. Not enough gap. So keep that in mind. As that cover wasn’t cheap. For whatever reason it’s higher than all the others.

Hawkins, Seekins, or ARC here as well.
