    Good call.

Oven will not work because both barrel and choke will heat the same casing both to expand. He needs heat on barrel only so that it expands while choke stays the same

All good suggestions (minus putting it in the oven maybe) but the it's the thought that counts and probably on the right direction. I will give it a heat up and some oil here this evening and see if I can get it moving. Thanks!!

Depend how bad, I would try and better tool. Soak in penetrating fluid or head up to help it out. My last shotgun was so bad, I had take to machine shop and have the choke reamed out, barrel cut down and rethreaded.

I've removed several by letting them soak in Kroil and using a heat-gun but I've got one in an old Winchester from the 1980's that I have given up on...it's not worth taking to a gunsmith.

Be careful cranking on them too hard. My BIL had a gunsmith damage the barrel on Bennelli SB1 and now he has a 20" barrel

              Try to remove choke
If it doesn’t free up use a heat gun on bbl while keeping pressure on choke wrench

                Oil and heat.

Also, in the future, unscrew it a few turns as well as the forend cap when you put it up.

Penetrating oil for a day or two then heat gun or hair dryer. When you put back in use a good gun grease

kroil, propane torch like plumbers use, and a barrel vise.

I've froze my barrel with liquid nitrogen before and it came right out

Fire about 10 rapid fire shots through it and make sure gun is unloaded. Get one of those compressed air cans used for cleaning computer keyboards. Turn can upside down so it blows ice cold and spray inside of choke.

Option 2 keep shooting it like it is.

Put this in an impact wrench and let her rip.

Lighter fluid then 10 rapid fire shots then compressed air can upside down to freeze then rip it out. Make sure you’re turning it the right way first. Ight then…
