I always wanted an old Ithaca with the long tube. Harder to come by now.

I went 14” with my 1975 870P. I tell myself that I chose it over a 12.5” because you can fit another 2.75” shell in the tube. BUT it also might be because I knew a guy with a 12.5” who blew the end of his thumb off with his hand still on the pump. I’m a big dude and my hand is usually near the front end of the pump with thumb forward. I do like the looks of the 12.5” better though.

Another I’ve got. Sent barrel off to Vang Comp a long time ago.

Rem 870 Tactical. Factory threaded barrel, pinned XS night sight up front. (Original came loose after a couple boxes of 3” buckshot. XS sent me a night sight as replacement.)
Mesa Tactical 8 round side saddle. Vang Comp magazine follower.
