    Best suppressor for the money?

I don't know nothin about 'em except they make your gun quieter. Who makes a good suppressor that don't costs 9 billion dollars? Deadair seems to be a popular brand. Other than that I couldn't tell you the first thing about 'em.

I want one a dummy like me can clean and all that good stuff and it'll still work when I'm done. It can't be junk I'm hard on equipment. I want somethin tough.

What caliber are you wanting to run. Some are great at one and some are ok at them all (big bore). Not much cleaning needed unless shooting rimfire as most rifle are not user serviceable.

Pistol or rifle suppressor and how much do you want to spend? There are cans that you can run on both like the Silencerco Omega 36 if you’re looking for a one and done.

I'm thinkin I'm better off with a 30 caliber suppressor. I'll be shootin a 6mm too so it should work for that too correct?

I ain't got any threaded pistols. I actually don't have any rifles that are threaded as of now.

Check out pew science. Also, don’t chase decibels.

Give Capitol armory in cedar park a call, all great guys there and they’re more than happy to talk to you about what you’re looking for and what is best for your needs.

                Check out www.silencercentral.com

They have a great selection of the major brands, including their own, and as a bonus they create the trust and take care of the atf paperwork for you. Once tax stamp and background check clear they ship the can to your door.

I wouldn't mind spending around $1,200 on one if it was for sure a good one. I do like the YHM suppressors. Not that I know anything about them but I know what YHM is and I think they make pretty good stuff.

AR-15 but I'm sure eventually I'll want to get my bolt guns threaded. After I get used to shooting suppressed I probably won't want to shoot any other way.

You wont lol. They are addicting. You will have everything you own threaded and refuse to shoot the ones that aren't. And you WILL end up with more than one.

For a good hunting can you don't need anything crazy but you will want something shorter and lighter. Like 8" or less and in the 12 oz or less range. But that often comes at the price of durability being less.

Find you a dealer near you who you like and go talk to those guys in person. If you can find one to let you run demos do that as well. What part of Oklahoma you in? There was a really nice place up in OKC that I know does this.

Ah k, ya the regular nomad is pretty hard to beat for mid tier pricing, will be less gassy on semi autos than the L...yhm resonator good for cheaper option...cgs helios qd ti is interesting option but quite pricey at $1400
I hunt with a oss on semi auto’s so I don’t have to tune anything but have a nomad lt and cgs helios in jail for bolt guns...
Lots of competition out there right now but really can’t go wrong with a Nomad to get started

YHM resonator r2 is a great can. Sounds great I also have a hybrid 46 and I’m not sure I’m sold on the hybrid over the YHM.
