300 BlackOut upper

Looking for a quality pistol length AR upper.. prefer complete with bcg and ch.. thinking in a 7.5", thanks for any and all suggestions.
Will be going on a cmmg lower.

Rear charging or side charging? Reciprocating or non reciprocating charging handles?
Many options out there now and prices have come down on AR parts.
My oldest boy picked up one of these and says it functions fine. Good price also.
