I've been looking at going this route but also exploring a lot of the same options at you.
There’s a company called Oregon Mountain Rifle Co, you send them your Tikka T3/T3x and for 1,500+ shipping, they’ll put an AG Composites stock and CF barrel

There’s also this option 21” barrel and weighs 5.5-6LBS

I wish they made these in LH honestly

Proof Elevation-- it'll run your $2850 but its the best quality components for the price that you will find anywhere.

Bighorn Action, Proof Stock, Proof Barrel- 24" threaded, ready to go!

Man, I've got a Browning Hell's Canyon X-bolt and it's the perfect .300. Carried it through Montana and for Nilgai. Light weight, sweet shooting, minimal recoil and just all around awesome solid built factory rifle.

                      Must haves are:
Threaded Barrel - I have a Dead Air Nomad TI that will live on this rifle
Rifle only weight under 6.5 pounds
                      Price: $2700 or less

The upcoming Christensen Arms Ridgeline FFT looks like it checks all the boxes and has a 22 inch barrel which sounds nice considering this gun will be suppressed 100% of the time. I have read some folks saying that its a crap shoot whether you get a shooter or not from Christensen.

Also could get a Tikka T3x Lite Veil for $1300 but its 7 pounds. Optic + can and its starting to get heavier than I am looking for.

Bergara Canyon and Proof Elevation Lightweight Hunter are also options.

What else should I be looking at that checks these boxes?

After I bought my Falkor 300 win I don’t care to shoot another one.

Uhhh... OK. Great input. Doesn't answer any of the op's questions though.
