Now you gonna make me look up Vault Arms, have not heard of that one

The kiosk was simplest for sure but the Capitol Arms one was not much different, other than mailing print cards and waiting on them to recieve them

Yep they just got me for a 46M hybrid. They are in the old Tyler Telegraph building i think it was.

I hope it wont be as crowded and east to deal with them. The seemed alright on the phone. Superior has gotten a little to crazy for me. I prefer the small shops.

        NFA Trust question

Are all of the people in your trust considered responsible persons?

Can they add to or take items out of the trust?

Think that depends on how your trust is written.

other options... get the $25 silencer shop single item trust and add whoever you want after approval, same or different set of people as your other one. then would only need your prints to get going.

Or each person can roll ink at home and mail to SS.

If you already have a trust in place I wouldn’t get another one. Just have your lawyer redraft it to account for the 41F requirements.

I would check with whomever wrote your trust originally but basically there are varying opinions on being able to add/remove responsible persons at will.

Life becomes much easier if there is only one responsible person on the trust as I understand it.
