    Hog and spike killed today

Shot a pretty good size hog that charged the feeder scaring away several deer.
Later I shot a spike. The landowner wanted me to kill one if I saw one.
Both were killed with my Ruger M77 VT 6.5 Creedmoor using 129 grain Winchester Power Point ammo.
The hog was 125 yards and was quartering slight towards me and I put the crosshair on his neck just in front of his shoulder. Dropped him instantly with out even a wiggle.
The spike was about 15 yards in front of the blind. I shot him in the neck as well. He instantly dropped as well but not a big surprise there.
My wife was there for this hunt. She doesn’t normally hunt with me. Glad she was there.

Did you get her to do the processing?
