    Large Caliber Reloading Value Help

A woman who works in the same building as I came and talked to me about her father’s reloading “stuff”. He had recently passed away and she asked if I would take the his old “stuff” and use it. I agreed and she brought me 5 large boxes of assorted “stuff”.

Apparently the man loved large caliber rifles for which I have no experience with.

I would like to sell this to someone who can use it and give her the proceeds.

Cases of 12 gauge unprimed drawn brass cases.

About 200 pieces of 500 NE brass with dies.

348 Win Mag cases and dies.

    10 gauge loaded shot shells

    45-70

    300 H&H

    458 Win Mag

There’s a lot more I have not gotten to yet.

Any help on values would be appreciated.

I see collector items in that treasure trove. Especially the brass shot shells.

348 win, now that’s one that I’ve never heard of.

Winchester 71 is the only rifle chambered for the 348 Winchester.

500 NE brass is probably about $5 each

That's pretty cool. I bet some of that stuff is worth some money to the right person.

348 Winchester brass is $3 each or more, I have a few hundred of them that are new in Winchester boxes and enough to load all those a couple times of Barnes Original bullets for it. Stout round in a Lever action and is used for some of Turnbulls heavier cartridge and I think 500 Alaskan round

I sent a message to a gunsmith I know that specializes in bespoke SxS rifles. I anticipate he might be interested in the 500NE.

Get on accuratereloading.com. Post there and explain the situation regarding how it came into your possession and how you are trying to help. This mitigates that you are a new poster there.

They're also some big bore Facebook groups where you might be able to sell some of that. You might could sell the 348 stuff on lever guns.com. the 45-70 is well
