    Not eligible for return

With great anticipation my midway ammunition arrived,
Only problem is instead of federal premium trophy bonded, they shipped federal 150gr FMJ target

$57 x2 down the drain, customer service is “all ammo is not eligible for return “

Very doubtful they will get some hunting loads here for testing before the season
Luckily I got a mixed box of Norma and fusion and academy has some more in stock
More disappointed about the waiting and hassle finding ammo .

Did they ship the wrong ammo or did you buy the wrong ammo? I'd give them a call if they shipped the wrong ammo. Maybe they'll fix their mix up.

sounds like that policy of 'no returns' isn't valid in this case ... talk to someone else there.

This is their reply to my account
“” Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, Ammunition, Guns, Gun Powder, Primers, 80% Lower Receivers/Frames, Receiver Blanks, Receiver Flats, Pistol Braces and Treestands may not be returned. For hygiene reasons, underwear and mouth calls may only be returned in new, unused condition. Products requiring fuel or liquids may not be returned once the fuel or liquids have been added (must also be in new, unused condition).””

In that case. If they for sure shipped the wrong ammo, they should immediately ship the correct order and eat the cost of the stuff they wrongly shipped.

This. I'd give them a call if they shipped the wrong item. I bet they'll make it right somehow.

Even though they can't take back what they sent you, I would think they could still send you the right stuff if you ordered it properly. It would be worth a phone call.

You need to call and talk to someone. Don’t use the chat feature if that’s what your doing. Your purchase confirmation will show the ammo that you ordered. With that information them correcting their mistake should not be an issue

                  Exactly.

I’d also be contacting the card issuer and detail what happened with them. Maybe not give specifics since some issuers aren’t firearm friendly, but I’d definitely do it to see if I could get them to reverse the charge.

Worst case they say No after an investigation. I had to pull that with A****n on a scope purchase last month. Bought an almost $1000 scope for a rifle that was gifted to me, they sent a sub $400 tester of some sort and wouldn’t issue a refund even after I sent pictures of everything. I turned around and bought the same scope from EuroOptic for the same price and sent the less than Amazen original fulfiller a picture of the factory scope box sitting on top of the box they shipped the tester in with the tracking number in plain site and proving the scope would not come close to fitting in their box.

                  Frustrating for sure.

Had that happen with solvent (like gunscrubber) & being an aerosol could not be returned...they shipped out the correct batch & said I could keep the incorrect shipment.

Customer service said 3-7 business days to review, then credit the account if policy allows
Best case scenario is refund and 2 free boxes of FMJ

I'd let AMEX deal with them.

Still haven’t seen OP respond directly to this question. If they shipped something other than what you ordered let your CC company handle it if they won’t refund you. If you ordered the wrong thing, reorder the right stuff and use the FMJ for practicing.

I be trying to get a hold of Ol' Larry Potterfield, if they shipped you the wrong type of ammo & you can prove it then they should send you the correct ammo you ordered & eat the cost of the wrong shipment
