    Very simple to do. I have had to do it a number of times on reloads I thought were going to shoot but did not.
    I use RCBS equipment and have a bullet puller with different size collets. The kinetic hammer style pullers are a total PITA and I don't use them.
    Decapping a live primer is easy, after dumping the powder just run your case slowly up into the sizing die and the primer will pop right out.

      I would never remove a live primer.>>>> (once powder and bullet are removed) POP it off in gun then remove...Safety reasons...And I would never trust Primer that had been removed...anyway....and a bullet thats been pulled either except to shoot hogs/target..Personally If there good safe round I would Shoot them up practicing or hog killing.....
