I emailed him yesterday afternoon and phone was ringing within 10min. I was impressed for a Friday afternoon.

I’ve stayed up sipping whiskey with Jim on a few occasions until 1-2 am in Vegas, only for him to return to his room and start on all the work he had from the day. He wouldn’t go to sleep until he had all the trusts handles from that day, and would be back on the floor by early morning. Very knowledgeable, very responsive, and great service.
