Years ago a buddy and me loaded some 20ga with dimes. Those suckers went everywhere.

I use GAEP BN2 and the 4 pin roll crimper by the Reloaders Network. For those starting out, the 4 pin is the way to go.

PDX loads where development with HD/SD in mind. Most folks use a shot barreled, open choked shotgun for home defense anyway.

I duplicated this load for poops and giggles. My reloads performed the same as factory:

            I still prefer a 3” #1

Out of all the buckshot sizes I cast and reload, #0 and #1 is my favorite.

              These are just another option.

You almost need to reload or get a second mortgage to find 3” #0 or #1.

                Options are good !

Man, I haven’t bought a box of buckshot in a looooong time.

                  I cast #T, #4, #3, #1, .30, .31, .32, #000, and #0000 buck.

I wrote an article for The Reloader’s Network about one of my buckshot loads that I used to kill a deer at 56 yards. 14/18 pellets hit.

I’ve got some videos on my YouTube channel of some pretty good long range buckshot loads.
