Seems pretty redundant to me. I'd probably sell or trade the ammo.

Nothing wrong with adding a new rifle but a 7mm-08 wont do anything your others ones wont.
You could sell the ammo for a high inflated price as seen on here and buy a rifle/caliber that you don’t have covered.
