    Rudolph Scopes

Anybody have any experience with these? I bought one at the Cowboy Christmas a few weeks ago. They suckered me into one for the money it was hard to pass. As i always need extra scopes to slap on rifles. I bought the V1 5-25 x 50. I have not mounted it yet but just appearances and fondling it I'm impressed.

I paid $400 cash for it no tax. They had a booth there and it was a show special.

To me it compares pretty close to my nikon black X1000. I have to say the glass seems better than the Vortex Hst and PST that I have.

Hopefully ill find a rifle to put it on soon or just swap it out on a rifle. Im really curious to see how it tracks.

Nobody? They are new to the US they also have some thermal that is apparently pretty good. I’ll be looking into it next.

Think they’ve been here in the US awhile. I’ve seen there multiple times. Idk anyone running one. I recall looking through one a year or so ago. Don’t remember a thing about it. So it must have not been too good or too bad haha

My gun shop likes them and is one of their biggest dealers in the country. I bought one the thermals and currently waiting on it to clear customs.

They are made in Japan by Light Optical Works, who supposedly makes lens for some Nightforce scopes. Obviously, quality varies based upon the contract terms but that factory is capable of making good products.

Spent an hour or so a while back looking thru them at a gun shop in San Antonio. The owner, also a guide and Africa PH, put his entire living in them. Said they are the best scopes for the money on the market. Small market for them as they are a huge Africa used brand apparently.
To me, they were better than the Vortex viper lineup, also better than Riton scope by far. Compared to my VX3I, I’d say they are a little behind but not far. One thing for sure is they are heavy.

What thermal did you order? I’m curious to here your opinion once received. Salesman said that shipment should clear in another week or 2

I bought the SA35lrf. My dealer had a demo unit in store and had actually gone hunting with the Rudolph sales reps using it. Hope to get the call this week that the unit is ready for pickup.
