Anyone on here ever purchase rifles through gun broker? I tried to make an account. The website asked for photo ID and proof of address to verify my account, emailed everything to the email and haven’t heard back from them in two days, still can’t purchase the rifle I was trying to. No phone number to call for customer service. Only automated bs and an email address.

I had to provide the same info about a month ago. Was go to go the next day. Have you checked your spam folder? Have you even heard back from GB?

No I haven’t heard back from them. Nothing in the spam folder. Got an automated email saying they received my email but that’s it.

I have been buying from GB for a few years never had any issues but was never able to sale any items went back and forth with customer support and just gave up trying.

My deal never happend, i bid and won a featherweight and the guy ghosted me. His emails were never responded too, nor was his phone he has listed answered. Numerous emails sent and numerous phones calls, working through the website now. I want a featherweight and this was a stainless at the.

I have had a login for probably 20 years and I don't remember having to provide anything when I signed up.
All of my purchases have went really well, also.
I am not surprised that they have had to get a little more stringent on security and setting up accounts.

Weird it's taking so long...trust me, they want your $$$$.

Might be an overload of new buyers signing up...you can always have a buddy place the bet for you & you take care of the payment / ffl. I've done that for some my non-pc guys & have had the same done on my auctions I've sold. Most the times it's cuz folks are out of town.
