Sight mark wraith issue

Have the wraith for less than a year, used it 4-5 times. Turned it on last week and I don’t get any night vision, just a dark screen. Hit left button and it goes green with just crosshairs in middle. Changed batteries in sight and stock IR light, no luck, lens cap not in the way, tried front and rear focus. Any suggestions?

Sucks that you have to do it, but call Sellmark. They’ll take care of you quickly.

I'm not trying to call you out but I let my buddy use mine and he didn't have the IR light adjusted to where it was matching the wraith. Just a thought

sounds like the IR light is not working. Can you see a little bit of red glow from it when you look into the lens?

In as I am having similar issues with mine. Ordered coyote cannon to see if the IR is easier to manage.

The IR light is working, however in daylight mode, it’s overcast even in bright sun

time for this. and they have been great on the minor issues I have contacted them about (lens cap broke and they sent new for free).

I used my external battery one time and when I went to use it the 2nd time, found that the metal part for the micro USB were no longer there. I meant to call them this week.

Having issues with mine but not sure it isn’t user error... can see great with all color lights from my SHL 50lrx but put in the ir’s 850 & 940 and nothing outside of the caliche rd in front of me. I would think both ir leds would be lined up the same as all the other colors. Could never get the stock ir light to work either. Could see out to about 40 yds but only on bright targets/background. Firmware update maybe?

When I first got mine I couldn't see much @ night with it. My issue ended up being. The IR wasn't aligned with the cross hairs and was focused into to spotlight. I focused it to floodlight and I could see a bit, than I aligned the light tonthe cross hairs.p

I might call @Outdoor Legacy first just to see if he might be able to help also to let him know.

My personal experience with Sellmark Customer Service was A++ & 6 Stars.
