I paid $42 for a box of 6.5 PRC today and saw multiple boxes of .223 for $24 but they looked like hunting ammo. I travel all over for work in the woods so I always stop in to the local shops.
I love spending money in those small town gun shops and have picked up some since stuff 10% of msrp.
If I had that level of backlog I could figure out how to invest to work it down to at least 20% of that. Any real business man (like Trump) can figure that out.....
You ain't seen nuttin yet. Wait till Joe and the Ho take over. It won't be Joe cause he gonna croak soon and it will be Beto and the Ho coming after erthang even your kids.
You sound like a socialist when you talk this way. Like it or not, this is pure capitalism.
It may be pure capitalism but if it was people flipping baby diapers, baby food, and water for outrageous prices I feel like you’d have a problem with it.
This demand is not caused by the guys standing in line at Academy at 9am.
Vista outdoor said they are behind 1 year and 1 billion dollars in orders.
So what’s causing it and how did it get this way? People buying all they can, when they can, makes the next guy do the same and we end up in this predicament. Walk into Academy, nothing on the shelf for ammo. It’s guys doing that all over. Buying stuff they don’t need to make a few bucks, it is fine. But if people would just relax it would go back to normal.
