Sig Tango 4 6x24x50 rifle scope

Anybody have one and how do you rate it?

I do. It works fine, I think I got more than I paid for with it. Holds zero, glass is plenty clear out to a thousand. I have it on an RPR 6.5 CM. I haven't had any issues with tracking, or anything else for that matter. I have better glass, but this was a lot more affordable and get the job done nicely.

I recently bought one for my 6.5 cm. Good optic clarity that offered a lot more than other scopes at the same price range. I put it next to my Leupold VX3i LRP and couldn't tell the difference in glass clarity. I also contacted Sig to order the free custom ballistic turret for the load I will be shooting with on my rifle.

What do you think of that Spike camp stock? Been looking at getting one for my 5r Milspec 300 win mag to replace the heavy HS stock it came with.

I just picked up 4x16x44 FFP mil for a 6.5 that I have seems decent enough.

I like that it came with a cat tail for the mag ring and the illumination has the auto shutoff.
I don't like the narrow focus ring.
Glass seems pretty good but I have not messed with it in low light yet.

I like the way it shoulders but it is heavier than other laminated stocks from other companies. I also needed to do some trimming inside the tang safety channel area in order for the safety to engage. For some reason the rifle's trigger spring screw was touching that area and was not letting the safety to engage.

Thanks guys. I went on a little excursion today looking at scopes. I really really liked the Tango 4 and what it offered. Then I looked thru a Vortex Strike Eagle 5x25 with the 34mm tube and it seemed to fit my eyesight better. A lot less black ring inside the aperture and appeared to be a bit clearer and the eye relief was a little longer or so it seemed. It was $100 less so I went with the Vortex. I'll be mounting it on the Bergara B-14 HMR I just bought. 6.5 CM since there seems to be plenty of ammo available for that caliber right now. I'll break it in this weekend between dove hunts and see if'n I can hit the cowbell at 800.

My gun can, the question is can I. (Nut behind bolt issue)
