Browning A500 value???

Hey all,

My sister has an A500 she is trying to sell because she doesn’t like the recoil with the 12 so she wants a 20. I’ve been shooting the same shotgun for almost 20 years so I have not paid attention to the scattergun market.

Does anyone have any idea on the value of one of these? I looked on gunbroker and some are selling for big money but I just don’t see this one going for that....it’s a generic a500, middle of the road shape, ready for field use

I wouldn’t think it would be worth a whole lot. I’m sure a lot of folks try to price them up there with the auto 5s. I personally wouldent pay over 300 for one in great shape. My father in law has an a500 and it’s nothing special. Most browning stuff is overpriced anyways imo

That’s what I was thinking to, nothing crazy nice about the gun, just is what it is
