    Question about picatinny rail base

Is there a difference in the thickness as opposed a weaver style base?

I'm trying to setup my scope so I have the proper eye relief as well as getting my eyes perfectly lined up the center of the scope when having my cheek weld. I purchased a cheek riser and now I need to raise the scope a little to get a clean picture. Thanks in advance.

Can’t you adjust your cheek riser? You really want your scope as low as possible

Without the cheek riser, the scope is too high. No I can’t. It’s just a tie on, not an adjustable riser. The scope is already as low as it can be.

I’m not talking about raising it a lot. Just a little.

Then taller rings are an option or an adjustable riser

I’m not gonna buy another riser and I don’t want to drill into stock. This riser will work. I also need to bring the scope back a little. It needs to be raised in order to clear the front area when sliding back enough to give me the eye relief I’m looking for.
