Get up into razor prices and you'd have a harder decision.

That might be true, but at some point weight comes into play and Leupold wins again.

Not sure I follow. From the research I’ve done, the VX5/6HD scopes are optically BETTER than many Zeiss and Swaros. Not necessarily better all around, but that’s a serious compliment.

I have the VX5HD, VX6HD and Swaro Z5.

While the Leupolds are very good, the Swaro is just a tad better.
