Had 2 in the past. A .257 & .270. They shot great & killed everything I pointed them drt.

Sold them for more money than what I had in them .

I love the .340. I have a factory Ed Brown in .340 and a custom .340 built on an Ed Brown action and they both shoot . . . and kill like Thor's hammer.

300 Weatherby here, came across 8 boxes of ammo for cheap, I’m good for a long time!

I have a 270 Weatherby Mag and 257 Weatherby Mag and love them both. I had a 300 but sold it because it kicked worse than a government mule. Thinking about getting a 338-378.
