300blk sub recipe

Just got my suppressor yesterday now I need to load myself a bunch of 300blk subs. What is yalls favorite recipe these will be in a 7.5” AR.

I’ve got a lot of load data to give you a start if you want to message me. Will have to bust out my book. I have everything from 175-220gr subs. And 100gr to 220gr subs that are very quiet but won’t cycle action. Have both.

I’ll check some of my loads. I can tell you that I use AA1680 and have no problem cycling subs. I just don’t recall the powder charge.

I loaded up some few different charges of lil gun from 7.7-8.5 and had inconsistent cycling that was with 178gr amax bullets out of a 7.5” pistol wearing a hybrid 46. The loads were nice and quiet but I’ll need to keep playing until I get it right.
