    I guess I have a odd ball, my AR with 1-7 shoots 55 grain better than 62. Not sub moa but 2" or a bit better. I'm sure my fixed 4x scope plays a factor at 100 yds.

      My Bushmaster M4 is 1:9. I've shot the Winchester Ranger 64 gr. factory stuff for a long time until I ran out. I don't load anymore for my AR since I found the 75 gr. Speer Gold Dot factory stuff shoots sub MOA in it.

      My CZ 527 is 1:12 and loves the 50 gr. Nosler BT over 25.0 grains of IMR 3031. It shoots bug holes with that load.

        Also that’s assuming you’re either handloading or buying decent ammo. I wouldn’t expect mil spec of any weight to shoot great.
