For the rate you mentioned, 100 rounds a couple of times a year, all you need is a single stage setup. The Lee stuff will get it done, leaving money for components, but you will want a better scale. I own 2 Dillon progressive's and Lee single stage and a Lee Classic turret. It isn't worth setting up a progressive to crank out only 100 rounds.
As a beginning loader, I recommend a single stage of your choice, a powder measure and a good scale. Go for quality. You will most likely find you will shoot more. I have not saved any money reloading, but I sure am able to shoot more, and I can tailor the ammo I do load for any purpose.

If you are just getting started, that kit will basically give you everything you need to get up and running, minus the dies, shell holders, powder, primers and bullets.
That is what I would recommend.
      My recommendation as well.

What is a good press to go with that will be able to kind of be a do it all? might add 6.5cm and 7-08 down the line. Was looking at the hornady and lee kits on amazon but figured I would ask here first. My grandfather used to do all our reloading but he passed back in 06 when I was still to young to be around it. As my mother put it back then.
More than welcome to use my equipment... shoot me a message.

I’ve been considering getting rid of my reloading stuff. Have lots of good stuff if interested. Just not sure how to get it to San Antonio from Tyler.

In my book Dillon is Top Top...RCBS /Hornady/Redding Great...LEE is next and better than just good..and price wise its a real bargain..and it will (get er done)

I reloaded about 60y My first was LEE 12ga...Then Lyman...then RCBS JR still use some...Then Dillon...

Dies I got some of all brands and var calibers..nothing wrong with any but like with anything some are favorites ...Like Beer I like a specific brand .....but rather than no beer any brand will do....

Its a enjoyable Hobby ....Above all BE SAFE check and double check
