Hog saddle, pig saddle , or reaper grip?

Bought a leofoto 324c and an lh40 ball head. Not doing the arca mounts on my guns. Looking at the 3 above listed rests. Who has personal experience with each? Compared them? Not seeing bad reviews on any. I’ve used the reaper. Liked it. Was slow to pull the gun out due to the claws being curved. Leaning towards the pig saddle due to price and it being so similar to everything else.

I have used the hog saddle and the pig saddle. I do not have a need for the hog saddle, the pig saddle is fantastic and does a great job.

I too use a pig saddle. I'm not beating my equipment up in the field so there was no justification for a 300 dollar rifle grip.. My pig saddle holds anything and everything I put in it.

How far can you shoot off of the pig saddle and hold real steady?

I've got a pig saddle. I like it. I've shot out to 550 with it no problem. I went pig saddle for cost. I didn't see how the others could be worth the extra coin

I like to use a bog pod or trigger stix to hold the back end of the rifle steady for longer shots. I am just not that steady myself without some sort of rear support. But i never felt the saddle and tripod were the reason.

Agreed. I have the trigger sticks. I’ve never been a fan of shooting off sticks. Hence the tripod help!

I have 2 of the pig saddles on my hunting rack. Works great very steady! The bolts are a little long winded when clamping and unclamping. Can’t attest to the other 2. I notice on amazon they have cheaper 3D printer versions for 60 bucks.

Shot a coyote a few weeks ago at 542 yards with my pig saddle setup.

Pig saddle. Hog saddle is too much for very little different.

Pig saddle seems to be the ticket. It’s ordered. Thanks guys. Main use is to get my daughter shooting!
