I'm not sure I agree that any 20" PRC will outrun any Creedmoor load/barrel combination, but I'll let y'all duke that out.

I'm working on a load for a 20" Creedmoor right now-- if I remember I'll post up results, including can vs. no can velocities.
I need to fire form 50 cases, so that might be a good opportunity for the can experiment.

I messaged him today about that very gun and he said they had verified the velocity. I was wanting to just buy that exact gun but it’s spoken for.

You should really try to understand the difference between a 6.5 Creedmoor and a 6.5 PRC before you start knocking someone’s claims.

Actually it’s a lot more complicated than that. There’s several factors that come into play. Powder used being one of the main contributing factors. To make the most of a barrel length you’ll want to try to achieve complete powder burn. The shorter the barrel the faster the powder burn you’ll need to achieve thorough burn, but that may negatively effect accuracy or consistency. So you try to find a good compromise l.
