Over a decade ago I sent a perfectly good 6ppc built by Borden to Mike Bryant to speed it up a hair & asked him to get rid of the single shot follower. Well, he never could get it to repeat consistently & it's still a SS.

When yours became available I got excited but experienced the same problems & just assumed I was screwed. I decided to reach out to Mike to see if he ever figured anything out & here's what he settled on. You take a 308 follower & cut it off in the back right at the ears. Then take a spacer meant for the smaller rounds & rivet in place. Seems to have done the trick.

Very nice! I just did a similar conversion for a dasher. I haven’t tried it yet, but based on your results I bet it’s going to work out fine.

Thanks...I have another 308 follower with a little different angle than the one Mike made for me I may fiddle with & compare if it makes any difference. I se he rounded the back end cut on the top I assume to help the bolt close with an empty mag. Just fyi I'm sure you ran into already.

Where would you start...it's running fine but not picking up the last round. I went through my parts drawer & found 3 different followers & think the one Mike sent me is different.

Just fyi...I'm running a 700ti action.
