    Ruger sr1911 10mm

I kinda want a 1911 10mm, should I hold out for a Delta or go with the Ruger?
I shot a Ruger .45 and it was very nice for the price.
I like Colts and the Delta is kind of a dream gun.
I know the Colt will hold it's value better.

I wouldn’t hesitate buying one. I would like to have one as well.

Go for the Ruger. I looked at one in 10 and was a nice gun. Might check out the Kimber, has checkered front strap and night sights.

You’re not supposed to shoot full power 10mm through a delta, that’s why I sold the one I had.

I have a delta elite in factory FDE I am trying to sell, about 60 rounds through it. Let me know if you’re interested.

I have the Ruger in 10mm. Extremely impressed by the trigger and the accuracy. Especially for a factory gun that didn't break the bank. I've always wanted a high end 1911 in 10mm but just couldn't justify the cost. I think for the money, you won't go wrong with the Ruger.

I went with a Dan Wesson Bruin in 10mm.
I liked it over the Colt, Kimber, and Ruger.

Do your research on 10mm before buying. Delta Elite (and others) doesn't fully support the case and can cause brass to bulge at best, blowout at worst if the loads are hot. Your call, but why I passed on a Delta Elite for 10mm.

I've got the SR in 10mm. Very solid gun and has handled everything I've put through it, Underwoods being the most stout load used. Seems like most Ruger handguns are built pretty well.
