Should I change barrel twist if shortening barrel?

Check the stability on what you want to shoot.
The only effect reducing your barrel length is going to have is indirectly by reducing your velocity. Generally that change is not going to drive a twist rate change on it's own unless you plan to do something drastically different/out of the norm.
