I purchased a 6.5 PRC in the Mesa configuration from Christensen Arms. I mounted the Sig BDX 3-10 and purchased some Hornady 147 ELD Match ammo. I finally got to the range yesterday and I’m pretty impressed. Once I got it dialed in I fired a 5 shot group that I could cover with a quarter. Considering the BDX scope crosshairs are a little thicker than my Swaro Z3, I thought the weapon and I did very well. I think the scope will be better for long range steel and hunting rather than shooting tiny groups.
I’ve got some 143 ELD-X ordered and should be here Tuesday. I’ll shoot them and see what groups I get.
After I get her broke in I’ll start loading the 130 Accubond and the 130 Scirocco and see what happens.
